IF YOU ARE GETTING A BRAIDED STYLE, HAIR IS INCLUDED. 1/1B ONLY. If the service is not booked for, it will not be performed. If you need assist on booking, feel free to message me. If you want after hours appointments call me! DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE There's a $30 non-refundable deposit that goes towards your service. Remaining balance must be paid in CASH or there will be an EXTRA processing fee if you choose to use contactless methods. (Zelle, applepay, cashapp) LATE FEES/NO CALL NO SHOW POLICIES *There will be a 10 minute grace period! Anytime after 10 minutes will result in an additional $10 fee on top of your service. Even if you send a text saying you will be late, the fee will still apply. * If you're a NO CALL/NO SHOW you will be charged the FULL amount of the service that you’ve booked and will not be permitted to book with me again* CANCELATIONS/RESCHEDULE POLICY You'll have 24 hrs prior to your appointment to reschedule. If you fail to do so, your deposit will be forfeited. To book again by placing another deposit. *CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HRS = 50% CHARGE OF YOUR SERVICE LAST MINUTE BOOKING / SAME DAY BOOKING If you book on the site with less than 24 hrs until your appointment IT HAS TO BE CONFIRMED BY ME! Please do not just show up, you WILL BE TURNED AROUND! Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. BAE Styles has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify BAE Styles at (248) 513-5412 or iyaunafulks@yahoo.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
